Welcome to my Blog. I've been thinking about creating a blog for some time now. I have met all of the new requirements for Mortgage Brokers, and I think it's time to share some of what I have learned a long the way.
When I talk to people, there are so many similar questions, but, "Is Now The Time To Buy?" is a favorite topic of conversation from coffee with friends, to baseball games, and summer get togethers.
No doubt about it, we are seeing serious economic conditions in this country. Brief glimmers of hope give way to stocks falling and gloomy economic news from other countries in the world. The one thing I do know is that historically, homeownership is the best and surest method of obtaining financial security, while providing your family with years of happy memories and security. Only you can decide what's best for your family, but homeownership, under the right conditions is one of the best decisions you will ever make.
